Xi Jinping, another dictator 习近平又是一个独裁暴君

有人说习近平有可能比较开明，会把中国引向民主。但是我不这么认为，他在2009年2月11日批评外国人对中国事物说三道四时是这么说的（见视频0:40-1:05）：‘有些吃饱没事干的外国人，对我们的事情指手画脚。中国一不输出革命，二不输出饥饿和贫困，三不去折腾你们，还有什么好说的。’
Someone said Xi Jinping (Vice Chairman of China and future Chairman after Hu Jintao) is open-minded, he might bring democracy to China, but I don't think so. His speech on Feb. 11, 2009 in Mexico may indicate something in his mind (watch the video 0:40-1:05, I can't find english version, sorry). He said 'there are a group of foreigners, they have nothing to do after a full dinner, so they find fault with Chinese politics, but there's nothing to blame on us since China don't export revolution, hunger, poverty and suffering.'

首先为什么外国人要来干涉中国内政？一个重要的原因是因为中国共产党对国内的民众实施残暴独裁统治，没有法制没有人权，中国人想投诉这种种不公平遭遇，可是遭到的是中共残酷镇压，真的是叫天天不应，叫地地不灵。国际社会实在看不下去了，处于人道主义的援助，对中共的残暴加以批评。例如以前中共对刘小波的迫害，国际社会一致要求停止迫害并释放他，可是中共仍然一跳路走到黑，继续关押着刘小波。这次中共又开始迫害民运维权人士艾未未，国际社会联合起来要求释放艾未未，可是中共依旧一意孤行，艾未未仍然身陷囹圄。中共对中国人权的践踏，对中国人民的残暴统治，有良知的外国人能看得过去么？
First of all, why other countries find fault with Chinese politics? One important reason is the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is essentially autocratic tyranny government and terror governing Chinese people, the law and justice has corrupted, the human right has been trampled. Chinese people are trying to seek justice and fairness, but CCP suppressed them as soon as CCP know someone's complaining.  Civilized countries criticized CCP and provided humane aid to Chinese people, which is the so-called 'find fault with' in CCP's view. For example, Liu Xiaobo was jailed because he was advocating freedom and democracy in China, which earned him the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize, the international community claimed CCP free him, but now Liu Xiaobo is still in prison. One most recent example, several weeks ago, CCP arrested another person named Ai Weiwei, a high profile artist and democratic activist, was suppressed by CCP, several days ago, western countries including America, France, Germany, Britain and so on appeal to CCP releasing Ai Weiwei, but CCP's reaction is warning to the world, do not interfere with Ai Weiwei's case.

其次他说‘吃饱了没事干’，这句话出自国家副主席之口，实在让人觉得后怕，因为身为国家主席应该是受过良好教育拥有很高个人素质的，可是竟然说出这种粗俗的话，让人感觉就是一个地痞流氓，很难想象把国家事物交给一个地痞流氓会发生什么可怕的事情？
Second, Xi Jinping said 'they have nothing to do after a full dinner'.  In Chinese language, this really doesn't sound like a well educated and civilized Vice Chairman but a ruffian or gangster. I can't imagine what a gangster will do to China and Chinese people when he is in power. His inappropriate use of words disclosed what he's thinking in his mind.

然后他说‘中国一不输出革命，二不输出饥饿和贫困，三不去折腾你们’。第一个，他说中国不输出革命，其实上个世纪90年代国际社会早就看穿共产主义政权的独裁本质，它阻挡不了人民对民主自由的渴望，于是共产国际在民主革命中纷纷倒台。现在他讲‘不输出革命’，因为他自己也清楚国际社会已经不可能发生共产主义革命了，根本原因是共产主义早就被国际文明社会所抛弃。第二个，他说中国不输出饥饿和贫困，这个我也同意中国在经济上确实是发展了，但是经济发展并没有让广大群众收益，受益的是那一小群中共的官员。同时不要忘记了以前共产党确实输出过饥饿和贫困，1959至1961三年时间几千万的中国人因毛泽东的大跃进所犯的错误饿死！第三个，他说不去折腾你们，那是因为中共的独裁统治已经被国际社会所唾弃，已经成为千夫所指，他们不能也不敢公然挑战整个人类文明社会，所以才说不去折腾你们。
所以我说，习近平不大可能成为推动中国民主进程的功臣，中国人民的英雄，从他说的话中可以看出他很有可能成为中共的又一个独裁者。
In the end, he said 'China do not export revolution, hunger, poverty and suffering'. First, 'China do not export revolution', because in 1990s, the world has made the essence of communist clear, an autocratic system, so people all over the world started democratic revolution and overthowed most of the communist governments. In another word, the world abandoned communism since the democratic revolutions, Xi Jinping knows no one buys his ideology, this is the reason why he said 'China do not export revolution'. Second, he said 'China don't export revolution, hunger, poverty and suffering', I do agree the Chinese economy is increasing in leaps and bounds in recent decades, but who is the really one benefit from the thriving economy? The answer is not most Chinese people, the CCP governors are the one benefit from the economy because they have power, they controlled everything. Plus, CCP did export hunger and poverty in the years soon after the Great Leap Forward movement, Mao's stupid mistake leaded Chinese people to the hell, tens of millions people were starved to death.
So, I said, Xi Jinping is not likely to be someone accelerate the democratization in China. He's probably another CCP dictator again after Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.
