(¥6.5 = $1), but the average salary is less than ¥5,000 per month, so if you get a 90 square meter apartment, you need to pay at least ¥20,000*90 = ¥1,800,000 you need to work 1,800,000/5,000= 360 months = 30 years without any other expense. But you buy the apartment does not mean you own the apartment forever, it only means you own it for 70 years, after that, the apartment becomes property of the Communism Party, so you spent 30 years of your salary only to pay a 70 years rent. How ridiculous it is?
Now the Communism Party has a new regulation of graves: you need to pay the rent of your grave each year, otherwise it's gonna be removed and throw away the body or the ashes.
